Hello my Friend

Well here we are, time just flies doesn't it? I took an interest in my health not to live longer but to live as healthy as possible for as long as possible. Unless I saw results for my efforts I wouldn't have the motivation to do it. Sure enough I saw results. At the beginning of 2007 I stopped eating almost all processed food caffeine, alcohol, dairy I had already stopped because I am allergic to it.
Benefits of my efforts:
1/ Normalized cholesterol (Doctor had said I would have to take pills for the rest of my life)
2/ Scalp condition called Seborea (Doctor said I would have to use strong Tar Shampoo for the rest of my life as there was no cure) Condition is gone.
3/ Allergy to grass and tree pollen, 70% less severe. No pills, no eye drops required.
I still have many things I want to do for more improvements like regular exercise
and maintaining a neutral to alkaline PH.

I did 2 interviews this week.

1/ Dr Bergman, a medical Doctor who uses Chelation Therapy in his practice and is involved in a international study to see how beneficial it really is. A substance called EDTA is given with an IV. It is believed to very beneficial for clearing the heavy metals form the blood and possibly plaque as well.

2/ Dr Norman Salanski has developed a light based therapy called Low Energy Photon Therapy for dealing with chronic pain. This Therapy has been approved in Canada and FDA approval is pending in the USA. Some hospitals have purchased his equipment and he is training other practitioner's to use it. He has an interested US partner to help open clinics in the USA. Sounds very promising, he has many testimonials and some will be posted on the site as well. I am going to his clinic to take pictures of his equipment.

Miss Beatrice, the church organist, was in her eighties. She was admired for her sweetness and kindness to all. One afternoon the pastor came to call on her and she showed him into her quaint sitting room. She invited him to have a seat while she prepared tea. As he sat facing her old Hammond organ, the young minister noticed a cut-glass bowl sitting on top of it. The bowl was filled with water, and in the water floated, of all things, a condom!
